Retro MP3 is designed with your privacy as a priority. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no account system, no analytics SDKs, no third-party tracking, and does not send any data to any servers.

Data Access

Retro MP3 may access the following only with your explicit permission:

• Music files in folders you select — when you grant the app access to a folder via the iOS file picker, it reads audio files from that folder to play music. This data stays on your device.
• Your Apple Music library — with your explicit permission (via the standard iOS prompt), the app reads the list of songs in your Music app to make them playable. This data stays on your device.
• Internet radio streams you add — the app fetches audio data from URLs you enter manually. No URLs or playback events are reported anywhere else.

Data Storage

All preferences (theme, playlists, last-played track, radio stations, track-title overrides) are stored locally on your device. They are never transmitted off your device.

Third-Party Services

Retro MP3 does not use any third-party services, analytics, or advertising networks.

Children's Privacy

Retro MP3 does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under 13.

Significant changes to this policy will be reflected in the app's App Store listing release notes and at this page.
